NagaWorld Hotel & Entertainment Complex

I stayed in naga hotel for more than 3 days. i book the suite. the room and the view is very nice. i like the restaurant here and also the staff of front office is very kind to me. especially Ms. Teresa and Muffy, Tina they always smile to me and check in very fast

Before i always stay in Naga2. now i book the deluxe room in naga1. the room is much more bigger . The reception staff are all very polite and give me the best smile. Ms. Sreyket check in for me. she can speak chinese very well and also Muffy is very helpful. Ms .Teresa recommend some nice restaurant and good show to me. very happy experience

We check in and saw front desk staff Muffy, Gian and Tonthy, Their service was excellent! And talk to us politely. Nagaworld is best entertainment and casino in Phnom Penh! We love to stay in nagaworld and will pass the information to our friends

First time in nagaworld and I meet nifty in reception to check in she is very good staff, also Gian greeted me before I come to reception desk. Ms. Teresa smile is fantastic and lastly, thank you to mr. Sokthai of bellman assisted me to go to my room I will surely love my stay here in NAGA

we checked in naga 1 and meet MUFFY, GIAN and vandy in the reception they are very good servicing to the guest we will come again here.next.time nagaworld edntertainment also very good nd food are delicious

2 of the most helpful receptionists in Nagaworld 1 - Gian and Sreykat. Can see their smiles even with the masks on. I got checked-in within "split seconds". Clear and direct info were given by them. My request of a higher floor room was easily given. Love the "newly" renovated room on higher floor (11th) facing Koh Pich. Maraming salamat po to Mr. Gian (a Filipino guy) and Orkun chern to Oun srey saart Sreykat (a Khmer lady). Thank you

This hotel provided good service which always help their customers to fulfill their need. Highly recommended. Specially suggest the manager there Mr. Eng Tha who had helped me a lot 

I have dinner with my whole families, fast food and staff very friendly specially big thanks to Assistant Chief Concierge Mr. Eng Tha and his team Bellman Mr. Lyheng so prompt serve and escort us though market under ground till the Food Pavilion, strongly recommended every one to this good place

i absolutely got a new room transferred with a nice view and a lot of suitcase and other items, all assisted by bellman Mr. Makara and his partner Mr. Chenda, concierge desk Mr. Pisith very preactive to me once need bellboy assistance, i extremely recommended to stay this hotel made me and my family warm and satisfied, staffs so helpful and foods delicious and fast

I and family like the delicious foods and cheap at Nagaworld hotel, good location and dining, we met some staffs at the concierge, narin and vathanak very friendly and good attitude when leave some suite bags with, will be came back again
