The Khmer House - Secret Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay at the Khmer house. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. A good location, not far from town but in a quiet area. The hotel provides a free lift to town every day at a time of our convenience. I would recommend this hotel

Relaxing spot. Loved the place and would happily stay again. Reception staff in particular, were outstandingly helpful and polite. Take a water bottle and ask at reception or in the restaurant for it to be refilled, otherwise you will use tens of 330ml plastic ones that are put in the room. If you're thinking to book, think no longer! Relax and enjoy

The most genuinely welcoming, friendly staff of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds are very nice and the place has a tranquil relaxed feel. It is about 10 minutes from the centre of Siem Reap (pub street etc) but the hotel provide a free tuktuk shuttle between 8am and 8:30pm so this isn’t really an issue. We would definitely stay here again

This little hotel is a gem among the bustle of Siem Reap. The staff are beautifully warm and welcoming, starting with fresh fruit juice upon arrival. The restaurant is superb. They have two pools - one fresh water, one salt water. We stayed in a Khmer styled room but since I didn't see a Western style room, I can't tell you the difference. We truly loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a tranquil stay in the midst of touring the temples of Angkor Wat

This was our last hotel in Cambodia, the least expensive and the best, right from the airport pick up. It's a little out of town, but offers free tuk-tuk one way. Everything was perfect. The rooms are lovely, we had one of the new ones on the ground floor right by the.pool, which caught the afternoon sun which was just right for us.The bath was amazing, the beds were comfortable and good, quiet air con. Outside,beautiful gardens, two pools, one with jacuzzi, plenty of sunbeds and towel change..Food was good, service immaculate they kindly came to remind me it was five o'clock

We had a fabulous experience at this hotel. Room was nice, breakfast was included and was tasty, The pools were lovely, and overall the property didn't feel overly crowded. Everyone who worked there were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The free tuk-tuks into town were a nice plus as well

2nd time we've stayed here and it was just as good as the 1st time. Rooms were on the ground floor shared balcony. Room was clean and the beds are so comfortable. It is a bit out of the centre but a free tuk tuk takes you there Staff are extremely polite and friendly I love the place couldn't fault it

Stayed in The Khmer House - Secret Oasis for 1 week whilst exploring Siem Reap. Hotel was very clean, staff and service very polite professional and helpful. Only downside was we hired a motorbike throughout our whole stay and despite the hotel dropping us off initially to collect the motorbike they were reluctant to drop us back in to town at the end of our stay without a fee, despite not using their free service at all during our stay. This was all resolved in the end but meant we ended up leaving on rather a note. Cleaners tipped but unfortunately no small change for the waiters who were excellent in the restaurant. Would recommend based on cleanliness service and also the fact that the accommodation has two pools offerings different surroundings (classic and modern). Food also very nice and free coffee and water refills available on request

All i can say is khmer secert oasis is one of the best resorts we have stayed in all of asia.This is all down to the customer care we received from all the staff..From start to finish they all went above and beyond to cater for our needs.The resort itself is a hidden gem..peacefull and tranquil.The rooms are gorgeous.Thank you to all the staff in Khmer secert oasis siem reap for making our stay so memorable. The most professional, courteous amd friendlest staff we have encountered during our travels.👍👍👍

Lovely hotel, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were outstanding and very friendly. They would do anything for you. Very clean and nice food. They have a tuk tuk into town when ever you need it and only takes around 5 minutes to get in to the town. Highly recommend
