Saem Siemreap Hotel

Amazing hotel. Great service. Location was in the center of town. Across the street is big modern mall with supermarket, and some stores , and some restaurants. We love the restaurant in the hotel all the dishes were amazing. The spa is amazing and very cheap. We did massage everyday. Highly recommended

The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant. Loved the spa. Short and cheap tuk tuk ride to town and one was always available. Enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely recommend

We stayed five nights at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The concierge desk was always eager to facilitate tours, transport, make phone calls and answer questions about temples, sights etc., etc. Breakfast buffet was good. WiFi coverage was good. TV-channels were so-so, but who travels here to watch TV anyway? Our room was on the ground floor near the pool with a small patio. Good size and with a nice bathroom, two actually (one with shower+toilet and one with sink+bathtub). The only negative about the room was the soundproofing. It wasn’t ideal, but living in an old apartment in the city we are used to it, and it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.  

This hotel was chosen by our agent but we were not disappointed. The staff were amazing and helpful in every aspect. They hired a Tuk Tuk and advised about the right fare and guided us to the right spot. The rooms were clean and well equipped. It was a place that we could relax in between

We arrived to the most amazing welcome by Neat! She was so friendly and enthusiastic and gave us a thorough tour of our room and explained the facilities the hotel had to offer in great detail. Her laugh was infectious and it was a true pleasure to meet her. She is a true credit to your Team! The hotel itself was an oasis of calm and tranquility and the room itself was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay here. The Concierge staff were very helpful and organised Tuk Tuk's and a trip to Kampong Pleuk very quickly and efficiently. A truly magnificent experience. Thank you.

We just stayed here for 3 nights and really appreciated the calm, comfortable and friendly hospitality. The reception staff are all very professional and helpful. They helped us get a tuk tuk into town which was fun. The pool was great and the breakfast varied. I really recommend this place. Thank you

We stayed here for 4 nights while we looked at (seemingly) hundreds of temples! What I found really nice was that, although the rooms and dining room are air conditioned, the rest isn't so you're not icy cold until you go out. It has lots of exotic plants round the swimming pool that are very tall and its built so it's cool so its reasonably cool to sit and have a drink or whatever. The rooms themselves are well appointed with a bath as well as a shower and most have a balcony. The food is very good. I have a lot of food intolerances so I had ideas of living on rice for 4 days but there are all types of food available from local delicacies to fish and chips and Italian! The staff are very helpful and always smiling. It r ewe ally is a good hotel to stay

We were picked up at the airport, but a friendly staff member and throughout our 3 day and return to the airport, everything went perfectly. We were upgraded to a pool view room and the pool area was beautifully landscaped and everywhere was clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful--a good variety of food, all freshly prepared and served at the proper temperature.The staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. We would gladly stay here again and we recommend it highly

This is a beautiful hotel. Lovely room, gorgeous tropical vegetation and pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The lunch menu was a bit limited, but the quality good. The staff have obviously been trained in etiquette, as they are all fastidious and polite. Nice and quiet but easy to get into town by tuk-tuk. Would definitely recommend this hotel
